We sat at the bar and enjoyed lunch at Ramen Ya. I had the sea bass which was well prepared, very rich broth with fresh mushrooms and bamboo. A delight to enjoy here in Faro and very friendly service. I will be back for sure.

We waited thirty minutes to get to the cash to order so my husband sat at a table just outside . His back was hurting so he sat while I waited in line. When I reached the server , she ignored me and dashed out the door yelling for my husband to pay first then take a table . She told him to move from that table and tried to squeeze him at a table for two tipping over onto the sidewalk . He could not get into the tight spot so I explained to her thst a friend would be joining us too. I asked her not to be so rude and explained that we would not be eating there because of her bizarre rude attitude. I wish I could have tried the food but customer service is a priority and she failed miserably .

Value for money, filling and delicious. Would recommend the tonkatsu based broth, it’s spicy and there is a good depth of flavour. Fast service too

The broth is great, but the portion is too little for the price. I haven't had any Japanese noodle that didn't come with a boiled egg. In this restaurant you have to pay extra to have egg, the price on the menu only gives you 1 slice of pork. We ate all the noodle and the soup and didn't feel full. However, the noodle itself and the soup were good so i gave it 4 stars. *take level 1 spicy only, from level 2 it's very spicy!

Yummy, super delicious. I have eaten Chuka and Jigoku, both very good, but I like Jigoku best. Jigoku is delicious and I highly recommend it. The staffs have a friendly attitude. I don't speak French, thankful they introduced ramen to me warmly in English. If you are a tourist, who can't speak French, don't worry, the staffs are very friendly

I can assure you this is authentic Japanese taste (except the spinach to replace wakame) Broth is thick but not gluey, exactly how a good homemade broth should be

Was hoping for an authentic ramen, but unfortunately it wasn’t. Shredded cabbage wasn’t a typical ramen ingredient, neither were corns. Onsen eggs were at extra cost, not by default. Chashu and noodles were fine. Miso broth was too salty, not as miso-like.
